A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to check-in, as specified during the reservation process.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is typically from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request but are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking and will be clearly stated during the reservation process. Refunds, where applicable, are processed based on the notice period given and any applicable cancellation fees. No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.
Property Use & Guest Conduct

Parties, excessive noise, and disturbances that affect neighbors or the property may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements. We reserve the right to recover these costs from the guest directly.
Liability
While we strive to ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort, Ancient Grove Barbados is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are advised to secure valuables and take standard precautions.
We are also not responsible for any disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or acts of government.
Children and Pets
Children are welcome at our properties, but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pets may be allowed at certain villas upon request and must be approved prior to arrival. Additional cleaning fees or security deposits may apply for pet stays.
